Superman's said a lot of shit, usually at the expense of himself due to humility or trying to boost the ego/confidence of his friends. It's not in his character to do so, but if he decided to prep war against Batman outside of just FTL blitzing him before he could react, he'd wipe him out. For Tomorrow basically just drove that point home.

This isn't really much of a contest. Batman as he appears in 90% of comics, particularly his own, is not even in the same league as Doom. In the Justice League he takes the place of the team genius (Unless Atom/Terrific/Steel are around) and has some amazing tech feats but compared to Doom's best? Thrown in the advanced magic and this thread is pretty much spite imo. You'd have to look at Doom's worst and Batman's best to have him win.

Doom is the kind of villain that the JLA would work together to overcome.

Doom would crush Batman. Bruce doesn't have villains on Dooms lvl to contend with regularly
