What if Doom was a Batman villain, would Batman stop him???

But to the nitty gritty. In the link most of the people Batman defeated in prep battles are not smarter than the people T'Challa has defeated in prep battles.
Of course they are. lex and Atom are smarter than almost everyone in that list save Doom.

Name people Bruce defeating people like these in prep battles:

1. Doctor Doom-Smartest villain on Earth. I don't need to go into details for him because his prep feats crushes almost everyones prep feats in the link you just posted.

And he crushed Panther too.

2. Tony Stark-Not bad with prep himself and IMO has far better prep feats than anyone in that link. With prep he took on Thor, Phoenix, Hulk, Doom,etc. Its been stated by some that Stark is on the level of Reed when it comes to prep. But who knows?
Atom has better feats than Stark.

3. Mephisto-A hell lord who is master of manipulation and has been around for how long.
And has been beaten by everyone. It was also done by Wakanda's scientists.

4. Silver Surfer-Not as smart but still its Silver Surfer.
Dumb as phuck. It was also done by Doom's device.

The only impressive ones were his against Lex and Darkseid and I have no doubt that Doom would defeat those two in a prep battle.
Doom would beat Panther too.

It seems you have bad reading comprehensions. And so I will explain myself in full details.
I know exactly what you said.

Mephisto has been outsmarted by phucking Dark Angel who is an average female. Also it was done by assistance.

2. As for resources...It shows you didn't read my post clearly. I showed you T'Challa developing a device with limited resources and with 10 minutes to shut off someones powers. Thats how resourceful and impressive T'Challa's intelligence is.
Yeah, that does. No doubt about it.
That he had LIMITED resources and LESSER TIME. Now imagine if he had ALL his resources. Which is why I stated it would be SCARY for Batman.
Except it doesn't mean that he gets smarter by having better resources. Its a contest of who is smarter, not who is going to win a prep war.
Not only that, but T'Challa wasa King of a advanced nation and has led many military expedition. So he already outclasses Bats in strategies/tactics.
That's like saying Namor and Aquaman outclass batman in strategies. One question, do you think Batman is more intelligent than superman? Kal has found a way to shrink and bottle the ****ing universe.

He has created robots that conquered Earth, created a paradise in phantom zone, shrunk and bottled the ****ing universe, recreated miracle machine to restore the whole multiverse, outsmarted Brainiac 13 who is stated to be the smartest being ever existed and so on.

Batman outsmarts him almost daily.

And it would involve PIS (such as the writer just straight up ignoring Doom's capabilities) and/or outside help from the League. And if we're allowing either or in this thread, then sure, Batman has a chance against Doom.

Except unlike Namor and Aquaman...T'Challa has actually been trained since childhood to not only be a warrior but a great strategist. Unlike Aquaman and Namor. And he has proven it dozens of times on the battlefield. One ex being the Skrull invasion.

Scans? When has Superman done these things? Show me Superman defeating Superman in a prep battle as smart as T'Challa, Reed, Doom, Start, Hank and hell even Bruce. Since you yourself said this was about who was smarter.

Anyways I'm going to use your own logic against. I take your Superman and raise you Doctor Doom who has...

1. Stole Galactus powers.

2. Stole Silver Surfers powers.

3. Beat Asgard.

4. Stole Scarlet Witch powers.

5. Doom already conquered Earth.

Tbf, Superman's tech/prep feats are pretty wild, but seen sparingly in comparison to the likes of guys like Luthor, Batman, and others. Technically, Superman IS smarter than Batman, too, but Batman is a better manipulator and strategist. He also has the benefit of being all too willing to take advantage of Superman's personality. Literally the only reason Batman does as good as he does against Superman is because Superman doesn't bother to "prep" against Batman.

If he did, he'd roflstomp Batman.
