McClane has much better damage soak, but not good enough technique and speed to avoid getting KO'd in this fight. He'll stand back up eventually, but after going down to Reacher first.

anyway McClane's durability which is thru the roof clearly surpasses anything Reacher will do.. Certainly Reacher will be able to punch McClane however he will just shrug it off and Reacher goes down for the count
