I don't believe that she didn't know he was underage, but if he can lie on his Facebook profile and that is plausible deniability, I don't know how going forward you could ever charge men with statutory rape if they take home an underage girl from a bar or club, since you need to show ID to be permitted entry.

There is an underlying sexism to this argument. It presumes that girls in general do not have agency. And that underage girls specifically are not just as attracted to and willing to have sex with older partners, as their male counterparts. You are treating statutory rape as something that happens to girls, but happens with boys, and that is simply not the case.
Moreover, even if a minor is an enthusiastic participant, the law still recognizes it as an unlawful abuse of power. Hence, why it is rape by statute, not necessarily by force. Just because a child wants something, it does not mean that it is right for an adult to give it to them. It is wrong, and it should even need to be explained.

I remember secondary school. Teenage girls would use words like "dilf" in the same way teenage boys would say "milf" and some would get pregnant before they reached legal age as a sign of being soooo attractive.
