Im gonna have to agree here. There is no on screen evidence that he died after the blast. As far as we know he was KO'ed. All we have to go on here is he looked like he may be dead but then he grabs the hammer and hes up. Maybe it was Odin commanding the hammer to bring him back (which would then mean it has resurrecting abilities) or maybe not. No proof of it.

Agreed

lol. The lengths you go through to avoid talking to me.

You lost your mind again, House of El suffers of unworthiness, we where so close to picking up the hammer and you blew it.

So much that you raced for his Skype ID.
That was prior to his attempted rape of another poster. I won't allow Rob to use kmc as a vehicle for his sexual escapades.

Thor all three. Bigger, stronger, thousands of yrs of fighting experience.

Too much competition?

Just because Thor is bigger doesn't mean he's stronger. Any powerlifter or Olympic weigthlifter can tell you that strength comes down to muscle, CNS and technique. CNS being the biggest factor.

Batman clearly demonstrated more skill than Thor and fought more impressive opponents.

I see you're still upset at me turning down your Skype offer 🙂

my mind is intact, yours on the other hand remains to be seen..

Agent Coulson said it best:

" It's not easy to do what you did. You made my men, some of the most highly trained professionals in the world look like a bunch of minimum-wage mall cops. In my experience, it takes someone who's received similar training to do what you did to them. Why don't you tell me where you received that training? Afghanistan, Chechnya? No, you strike me more as the soldier of fortune type. Who are you?"

Bruce is good, but Thor takes this.

Even at the climax of The Dark Knight, Joker gave Batman a whirl for his money and even pinned him down as he tried to blow up the boats.

One good showing does not cover for all of Batmans average showings. As awesome as he is, Bruce doesn't have even close to as much strength, durability or experience Thor has.

Bruce learned how to fight in his mid twenties. Thor has been a warrior in major battles for over a hundred years.

I'll admit it won't be too easy for Thor, given Batmans skill. Thor still wins though

You're right Batman displayed far greater strength and durability than depowered Thor. We've seen Batman pull feats off that no normal human could ever do. Like arm-curl Ra's or kick Bane so hard he is lifted off the ground. As for durability, he was taking hits from Bane that were tearing holes into a pillar.

Joker only gave him "a whirl" because Batman couldn't see. Anyway, not only did Batman defeat several ninjas at once but we've also seen him take down around a dozen of men in a short time. He also kicked Bane and Ra's ass.

And it's not like Thor had the easiest time either. He struggled against a single solider. Honestly, based on that fight alone it seems clear to me that Batman is the superior combatant.

You have to consider that he was in armor though when he fought Bane. Armor strong enough to stop bullets. This fight is supposed to be them unarmed and unarmored.

This, Thor Wins.

What a joke. That black guy that gave Thor a fight would have been casually defeated by Bruce.

Comic Batman, sure....but this is the movie forum.

Gonna have to call BS on this last feat. Bane didn't break a pillar until his mask came off, when he was epic pissed, IIRC. He didn't consistently punch like that.
