And Batman was taking those punches right before Bane hit the pillar.

You're right Batman displayed far greater strength and durability than depowered Thor. We've seen Batman pull feats off that no normal human could ever do. Like arm-curl Ra's or kick Bane so hard he is lifted off the ground. As for durability, he was taking hits from Bane that were tearing holes into a pillar.Joker only gave him "a whirl" because Batman couldn't see. Anyway, not only did Batman defeat several ninjas at once but we've also seen him take down around a dozen of men in a short time. He also kicked Bane and Ra's ass.
And it's not like Thor had the easiest time either. He struggled against a single solider. Honestly, based on that fight alone it seems clear to me that Batman is the superior combatant.
