If we're using a GL opening up Monarch's face plate as a low showing, both Ganeymede and Terrax made Tyrant cry out in pain with one attack and he was KILLED in a solar system busting attack by ultimate nullifier. The funny thing is that Morg was later shown as completely whole while dead in Annihilation but Tyrant was totally annihilated. What a loser.

Un doesn't matter as compared to collateral damage but it does nullify what it hits. That's the point.
Tyrant can withstand Prime but Monarch can't withstand the un.

Tyrant's body was decimated from UN strikes when Morg was wielding the Nullifier. Then the Nullifier started overloading and Morg cut off his arm and made a run for it.
The Nullifier exploded and everyone in the surrounding area was presumed dead. It was later revealed that Galactus teleported himself and his heralds to safety in another dimension right before the Nullifer went off, where he stayed to heal up after his fight with Tyrant.
EDIT -
Also the reason the Nullifier explosion was "only" solar system wide was because Galactus locked down his worldship to contain the blast lest it wreck havoc on the rest of the universe.
