Sucks we have to wait till December but in a few years we will be overloaded by new Star Wars films. I am also excited a Nu Trek is out next year to. I hope that one does well because if it doesn't they could stop the Nu universe at three films.

Trek should keep going and Disney is going to spam out Star Wars films like it does Marvel films.

I hope they do but I also worry trek will go too far back to the old ways of trek and not Abrams Star Warslike version.

That is a huge point of contention among fans. The crybaby mouthy ones want Trek to be like the old films. The need to realize the new films are build as sci-fi action films, not basically 2 hour episodes.

I hope they do this right. It's a good time to be a Sci fi fan. Couple this with Flash Gordon and Stargate being resurrected as well.
