^ You never specified how Itachi would perform that feat or how strong the technique is along with simply what the technique is.

Yeah, Itachi can't take them all. In truth, his practical abilities were not that much more advanced than Sasuke's during his raid on the Summit, he was simply was better at using them, and he had the spirit items. It's not enough to close the obvious gap between him and this team, though. One on one he could definitely take any of them, though.
