That was what I originally thought too, and it fits, as something would have to happen to Eddie for Iris to go with Barry, imo. A normal breakup doesn't strike me as likely.

I just couldn't think of anyone else bar Zoom that could have such a vested interest in the Flash becoming the Flash.

That line about "waiting centuries" suggests SOMETHING, at least.

Yeah. That guy isn't a paraplegic(something that could have been healed and or avoided if he's got Zoom powers), and he's got access to a holographic paper from 10 years in the future. I think it said 2024.

I'd be interested to see him be Bart Allen, even, though 2024 wouldn't be enough time.

I have a hard time buying that. The professor seemed to have intentionally caused the particle accelerator to fail in order to create The Flash. If cant see even a twisted Flash doing the, Zoom on the other hand...

I don't think he's Bart. I doubt Impulse could get a man just because he wants to keep Barry safe.

I don't think he is, I just wouldn't be surprised is all. who knows what the future is like.

My last favourite episode so far. But it's still awesome having a proper superhero tv series. .

What really bothers me about this show is something I would have predicted.

And that is the inconsistency of feats and massive CIS. One scene Barry looks like he has stopped time, another scene, he is barely evading someone moving at human speed.

And the teen drama. That also bothers me obviously.

I read a theory that Wells could be a monitor... Not sure how well that would hold up, though.

Dr. Wells is a bit of a mystery. At this point he could still be a good guy whose crossing the line killing bad people, or he could be a Flash Villain who wants Flash alive and in form for some final confrontation or something.

EDIT: and exactly CIS is just something people will have to expect with The Flash. Especially the more he learns about his powers.

Well he is a complete noob nerd who can't really fight for shit. He's still getting a handle on his powers and combat, so it makes sense for him to freeze up or hesitate in critical moments.

Barry's pseudo-incest plot is lame though yeah.

I was thinking that too, but it would seem kind of pointless to me. Why even switch them in the first place?
