I hope this show finds its legs. Its just not doing it for me for some reason. I'll hang in there, but I hope it gets better.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The CW has cast "The Vampire Diaries" alum Malese Jow in the role of Linda Park for "The Flash." The recurring character will first appear in the twelfth episode of the first season.
THR describes Linda Park as "a quick-witted reporter for the Central City Picture News" who befriends Iris West (Candice Patton) and meets Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) at a bar -- the report also states that Linda Park could be a new love interest for Barry.

In the comics, Linda Park was the girlfriend and eventual wife of Wally West -- the first Kid Flash who ended up taking up the mantle of The Flash following Barry Allen. However, Wally West hasn't yet shown up in "The Flash" -- although the show's producers have hinted that the the character could eventually appear in his New 52 incarnation.

It's also worth noting that the character has actually already shown up in the "Arrow"-verse -- the character appeared in the episode "Three Ghosts," but was played by Olivia Cheng.

They showed Kahndaq in the newspaper. Which means if not Black Adam, we might get to see Isis or Osiris.

Sigh...more CW drama, but at least Felicity was in so that made it better. Not a fan of Captain Cold's appearance but I'll get over it.

good episode of the flash.. captain cold was good.. seeing felicity was good.. heatwave at the end,, put smiles on my face

Good episode. And man the special effects and action sequences are getting really great. Really couldn't ask for more from a Tv show. Just so happy to be getting The Flash in live action every week.

This weeks show was so stupid.

Why didn't Barry just put on a ventilator to fight Nimbus?

Flashes speed and his ability to stop time/reaction speed do not add up.

He's still new to his powers so he occasionally has moments that far go beyond what he's normally capable of. It's clear he can't do it all the time, only in certain instances like when he got super frustrated he couldn't tell Iris how he felt.

why are they killing so many of the rogues? Plastique was nothing like in the comics, but still

So flash almost went mach 1, still no where near his comic levels but that's not a bad thing. He will get faster as time goes on

does anyone feel that iriis will learn about Barry by season's end?

he's now at season 4 Clark Kent speed level.

i'm liking this show, this season has been more entertaining than "Arrow" (which I'm actually close to dropping if it doesn't pic up).

Barry asking the nerds how fast he needs to run was annoying af. Just run, dude.

I find them both stupid at this point.

Arrow hanging by a thread because of Ra's.

Flash hanging by a thread because I want to find out who Dr. Harrison is.

Problem is they are both geared at women.

The Flash unfortunately has been underwhelming. The way his powers are depicted along with the special effects are great, but the episodes are just not exciting enough. It's ratings are lower then Arrow's were at this same point even though Flash is a far more famous and iconic hero. So they will have to up their game.

Arrow's still great though. Don't know what everyone's whining about there.
