Personally I want them to step off the doppleganger train for a bit. I also don't think the guy in the mask is Wally. His hands didn't look black, rather they just looked dirty to me. But the mask kind of looked like the one General Eiling wore when he was under Grodd's control.
When they were trying to break Barry out of that cage I was expecting Cisco to end up using his vibe powers to blast him out. Would of been the perfect time to try.

Yeah, so is Barry now faster again? Because he said he needed to go even faster than he normally goes to make up the difference in speed, because of the different wavelengths of the 2 Earths. So if that is the case, just keep giving him speeches for a week and he'll shitstomp Zoom. 😆
But then again, Reverse Flash flat out said that at his full potential, Barry's speed is virtually limitless. So I think a big element that does in fact hold him back a lot is his own doubt/self-imposed limits.

I want it to be Jay. But then that begs the question, if Garrick Flash is E2, and Zolomon is E1 Garrick. Which Earth Garrick would the guy in the mask be? Or that'd mean one of the other two Garrick's we've seen is a fake.
It's just very confusing if the guy in the mask is Jay. He seemed to of been there a while, so then who was the Zolomon version we saw Earth 2 Jay show Dr. Snow? We had two Jays on the same planet at the time so then does this mean there is a 3rd Jay who was being held by Zoom at the same time?
Unless the Jay Garrick of Earth 2 isn't actually Jay Garrick at all and has been lying? Otherwise how does this even work?
Zoom being Jay is too obvious. And I doubt the masked guy would have trouble simply tapping out "I am Jay", or something.
But what if Zoom's a rogue speed force duplicate? Impulse created them all the time, so it's possible. Sort of a "Sentry = Zoom" scenario.
Something like that would be complicated enough where masked guy might be stumped on how to explain in code. And, it would explain why Jay lost his speed, as Zoom.IS his speed, plus he needs Barry's speed because he feeds off it like a vampire..
Edit: I see Tangent kind of did this. Only they had a government created hologram, made with of ionics to disperse her photonic body..
You know part of me has wondered if Jay actually truly lost his speed or if it was more just a mental thing that happened after his last encounter with Zoom. We've seen this trope in superhero stuff before, to the point where you can even have mental blocks to such an extent you actually seem normal if you get any kind of testing done.
I wanna see Earth 2 Eobard Thawne somehow involved. I doubt he's Zoom, and I doubt he's the guy in the mask, but I wish he could be involved somehow.
As far as Barry being fast enough to get out of the chamber, I thought it was as much him matching the vibrations as it was him getting so much faster, CW shit and all.
Mask guy is Real Jay, Zoom is Hunter Zoloman and he and Fake Jay have been working together to A) get Wells to create the device needed to steal Barry's speed. Fake Jay was lying about losing his speed, the reason Zoom hasn't stolen Barry's speed yet is because he can't and B) get Caitlin to perfect Velocity 9 so Fake Jay can gain powers.

If he is faking it, he is putting himself in harm's way to appear convincing, may be taking it a little too far. And he got a hand through the chest at the end didn't he?
