Nephthys is right on this, look at Dxun, for example, it was highly strong in the dark-side of the force, yet both the onderonians and mandalorians despite being in close proximity to the heart of the anomaly never went crazy like the natives of Felucia did after Shaak Ti's death, keep in mind that Dxun housed the tomb of the Sith Lord Freedon Nadd. so I'm going with Nephthys on this one.
