On average, i'd actually take the Hulk. Orion tends to hold back, BUT the first post says isolated planet. Orion is good on taking more powerful foes in a wide variety of ways. He won't hold back. His Astro Force has been known to destroy planets and even universe busting energies.
Hell, if need be, he'd just bfr Hulk to another dimension.
If this is a non holding back, blood lusted Orion. Watch out.
