I'm not denying Thanaton became stronger, because he did, perhaps by a lot (not in lightsaber combat though), but that's not changing the fact he got his ass whooped by the Emperor's apprentice twice.

I already listed numerous feats of Nox's before she was stomped by Thanaton. She was hardly weak.
he did become alot more powerful. Powerful enough to one-shot his old self 😉
what you are saying is equivalent to me saying, "Yeah Anakin's impressive and all but he only pressed Dooku while he was an apprentice." you're using a weaker, past version of Thanaton to say that he's unimpressive.

No. By this time Nox could already shatter stone and create powerful explosions with her lightning, fought through armies of foes and had defeated Khem Val, Terentateks and powerful Sith Lords and Jedi Masters. And she was amped by the power of two Sith spirits, one of which was one of the greatest sorcerers in Imperial history and the other who had slain hundreds of Sith who invaded his tomb.
Nox was already a very powerful being at this point. And Thanaton still casually one-shot her.

1st Duel: No saber clashes at all, Exal beat Kel with the force.
2nd: Kel was obviously keeping up with Kressh in the saber battle, she overwhelmed him with the force.
No where does he get his ass kicked in a saber battle.

1. Ok. So a killing blow was almost dealt but barely evaded? That's happened quite a bit in case you didn't know. I mean yes, Kressh is the superior duelist, but Kel wasn't trashed purely in the saber duel.
2. Moving backwards? Defending himself, perhaps?
3. The only telling thing in these panels is that Kressh is the more aggressive duelist and is keeping Thanaton on the defensive.
