No. Thor is held by Anakin's TK and is unable to throw his hammer due to his arms being rendered immobile. Obi Wan strolls over and decapitates Thor. End battle.
And if Thor is able to get the hammer airborne and manipulate it whilst frozen by TK? Jedi precog. The Jedi will be able to easily dodge the hammer. Once Thor is dead the hammer falls to the Earth.
