Cap has better strength, speed, agility, feats and combat prowess. This is all shown in the opening action sequence of CW:WS. Nothing Wolverine has done comes close to the strength, speed and agility Cap displays in this movie. Nothing.

Arguing Wolverine can match Cap in strength, speed, and agility would be fanboyism, just as anyone arguing Cap is as durable as Wolverine would also be fanboyism.

Aren't you ignoring the fact that established movie canon shows he can also withstand Cap level power/strength and far beyond that without going down?
He has more instances of tanking high end damage than getting ko'd, and more recent instances as well.

No, if I was ignoring that, I would say Cap will KO Wolverine in his first hit. I'm not. I'm saying CAP should eventually land a KO hit. Or he could restrain/trap him with his superior strength. Either way it will take a while.

Juggernaut was beating on him for 5 minutes straight. A guy who stepped on an APC and crumpled it as a result. If he can't KO him in that amount of time, what makes you think Cap has a chance?
And to think Logan can't even hit him? He's got 6 foot long claws, comparable speed, etc, etc... Cap can't block everywhere at once, and if Bucky got him with the knife, Logan's definitely gonna SNIKT him at some point.
And you're saying it's too many of either to ignore, but you seem to be completely ignoring the half that doesn't support your claim; despite that being the one with more feats. There's more times he didn't get ko'd than he did. Even taking both into account, more instances in one direction should mean something.

He's got 3 foot long claws and he had trouble hitting Mystique and Lady Deathstrike, both of whom weren't known to have enhanced speed and reflexes. In fact IIRC, he only hit Mystique once.
Let's face it. Movie Wolverine was pretty darn slow and had low showings of skill.
Juggernaut is strong but he doesn't have the speed or skill of Cap. Mystique was fast and good but she doesn't have the strength of Cap.
I'm not saying that Wolverine can't cut Cap, just that he won't be able to cut him for good before he gets knocked out.

Blob tanked that tank shell with his fist. Wolverine knocked him out by elbowing his head. Now if Wolverine knocked Blob out by punching his fist or if Blob blocked the tank shell with his head, you'd have something there.
As it is, we don't really know how tough movie Blob's head is.

Uh........................no. He showed no actual strength or speed feat. He was attacking unprepared humans and that's it. Wolverine has accomplished way more than cap did in that scenario. By feats, wolverine is superior.

Maybe in avengers 2, cap will have some decent feats but until then, Wolverine destroy him.

You are ignoring his higher feats. Please quote a comment of you using his higher feats instead of lowballing so your character can win. Uh no, by feats wolverine will break his arms if he tries to restrain him. Even if Wolverine stands there cap has no feat that saids he can KO wolverine. Wolverine took a Building+ busting blast and was ok. Cap has never shown strength like that.

Blobs durability is all around him. That makes no sense if just his fist were mutated and not his whole body

Uh............no. Wolverine has showed superior speed feats that trump Cap's. Cap will never overcome wolverine's durability because wolverine took a building+ busting blast and was ok. Cap has never showed to do anything close to that.
