Just no quan chi, people who use the lowest feats possible for one character and use the best feats for another character are bias. None of you are taking his higher feats but you are with cap.
In a PIS battle cap will win.

Logan also has an adamantium skeleton and is stronger than cap based on feats and will rip caps arms from his neck with ease. Logan can also just stab the cap in the face and that will be the end.
He one shoted a guy who can take tank shells and not be injured. He has fought a guy with hypersonic+ speed. He has taken way more damage and walked away then cap has. Wolverine has also survived getting his claws cut off. He blocked a building+ busting blast.
Cap can't lift 3 tons (He did not lift 3 tons, that wasn't 3 tons). That wasn't a strong magnet either since it has no feats.
