I wonder if Sidious'll use any sith sorcery, considering his inevitable showdown with talzin.

Maybe, considering he used it against Yoda.

I don't know if Viscus is dead, he looked unconscious.
Anyway, who will be in the 'elite Jedi strike team' in Issue 3?

I'm betting that the 'elite strike team' will be a bunch of never-before seen red-shirts that'll have a bunch of hype (one of the best duelists/fighters in the Order etc) and then get cut down like wheat.

That seems to be how these things usually go.

They should take the opportunity to kill off Eeth Koth.

Lol it'd be hilarious if its like Eeth Koth vs. Sidious and he just gets brutally pwned just like Agen.

Lol, that would be pretty ironic. But who is the strike team facing again?

Sidious better not encounter the strike team. He is to be seen by no Jedi until his arrest. Here's what I want to happen.
-An honor duel between Dooku and Maul
-Talzin and Palpatine duel
-Maul uses Force lightning
-A suprise appearance of Ventress
-Maul and Talzin's deaths
-More anecdotes of Palpatine's past with Talzin and maybe even some Plagueis
-The Dark Saber's final fate in Palpatine's private collection, lol

Good to see Maul take out Grievous pretty easily after everyone going on about Grievous kicking him last issue.

As for the Jedi Strike team there were Drawings by TCW team of Quinlan Vos fighting Maul. But I don't know if that was intended for Season 6, or a possible 7th/8th season. Probably S6, so yeah expect Vos to be turning up and being a bad ass.

I really will hate them if they kill off Darth Maul in a comic book.

This new Wookie page for him is really well done. ^

Wow, you're right! Have they made one for all characters yet?

Most of them, although the butchering of TCW content that turned Boba Fett into only his Episode II, V, and VI incarnations still needs to be fixed, last I checked.

Nah the Vos arc was going to be an adaptation of his double agent arc. Which would have been awesome although it seems like Bulq was replaced by Maul in this version, which I would have totally been okay with. Also apparently Ventress would have been his love interest.

But if they do use that the strike team will be Aayla, Plo Koon, Kenobi, Mace Windu and maybe Vos.

Ventress is already Kenobi's love interest though.

Or at least, she should be.

They should use the B-Team to establish why Mace uses them later. Good comic, but everything is way too damn rushed.

No he needs to die. One of the best things about this reboot is that we can finally have a clean cohesive timeline, without random dark siders and Jedi survivors running around the galaxy during the Imperial era. During the days of the Empire, their is the Emperor and Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan, Kanan, the Inquisitor, a few other Inquisitors, and possibly Ahsoka and Ventress. We don't need or want anymore.

Should be, but Kenobi was clearly still in love with Satine.

"Probably one of the biggest arcs appears to be an adaptation of sorts of Quinlan Vos’s story from the comic books. Perhaps with Vos posing as a fallen Jedi and approaching Dooku about joining the Confederacy and the Sith. In one image we have a movie poster style sketch with the Jedi on one side, Darth Maul’s Death Watch on the other with Palpatine, Dooku and Maul looking over Quinlan Vos and what appears to be Vos and Maul dueling. The next sketch appears to show Vos over a fallen opponent potentially Dooku or Vos’ Jedi Master Tholme. The third image is of Vos carrying a unconsious or dead Asaaj Ventress. A Jedi going undercover with the Sith is something that we didn’t really see explored on The Clone Wars and I would be very excited if they take a less surfer-boy/silly route with Vos’ character in the series."

Also

"Potentially a mind-blowing arc with Ahsoka briefing Jedi Council members (Yoda, Obi-Wan, Plo Koon, Ki-Adi-Mund and what looks like Agen Kolar and Saesee Tiin), via hologram in the Temple war room and Ahsoka appointed Bo-Katan as the provisional leader of something, presumably of Mandalore. What would Ahsoka be doing working with the Jedi after she left the order? She has some ties to Mandalore so it is easy to see her returning there at some point during the civil war and Republic invasion."

and

"These images seem likely to be from the bounty hunter arc that former head writer Matt Michnovetz wrote for the series. In these sketches we appear to see Cad Bane and Boba Fett on Tatooine. The pair looks like it was visiting a Tusken Raiders camp. We also see a shot of Boba, Bane, Embo, Bossk, probably HELIOS-3E and another unknown youth walking the streets."

Boba getting his new armor. This show ended too soon.

Agreed.

Kid Boba is incredibly goddamn lame though.

OMFG! THOSE ARCS WOULD'VE BEEN ****ING AMAZING!

But as with everything else, it gets better with Mandalorian equipment.

Take Revan: Mandalorian Mask
Darth Maul: Mandalorian saber
Canderous: Mandalorian Mask

Maul trades his darksaber for a double bladed lightsaber made of nightsister magick, courtesy of Talzin..... Uhhhh, I can't wait for the rest of this series.
