The only person in the series who'd have a chance at beating Jamie in a straight up sword fight is Loras Tyrell and Brienne of Tarth. Maybe the Hound.
Drogo could probably win if it was an unarmored fight. But a fully armored Jamie Lannister vs. Drogo in his usual skins, well, I believe Jorah Mormont proved just how ineffective Dothraki weapons were against armor.
I also take back what I said about Brienne and Loras. When Brienne fought Jamie on the bridge, Jamie was weak from months of captivity and had his hands shackled. Yet he as able to give her a good fight. A fully fit Jamie would probably beat her up... and that means Loras as well.
The Mountain has had no real fight feats yet. If we go by the books then we know Jamie is a better fighter than him.
So far in the series the only person who's matched up to Jamie was Eddard. Maybe Syrio if given a proper sword. Then there's always Bronn with his unorthodox style.
If there's one thing I hate about Game of Thrones it's the fight scenes. Almost everyone fights in slow, clumsy movements (even those who are supposedly good) so it's hard to gauge just how good everyone is.

Jaime would kill Drogo with contemptuous ease, this is true. Because he has armour, and a ****ing big sword.

Jaime would beat Loras in a sword fight, but Loras would probably beat him on horseback with a lance. Even Jaime is impressed with Loras' jousting skills.

Jaime is definitely a better swordsman than Gregor.
It doesn't matter when Gregor wears the thickest plate armour in the setting and can wield a greatsword with one hand. Gregor would beat Jaime, if we're using books, lol.

Not really. Full plate is usually only around 50 lbs., which is lighter than what your average US marine carries and longswords weighs almost just as much as katanas. I've also seen longsword tournaments and they definitely wield longswords a lot faster then whats shown here.
