My personal opinion is that your path out of mediocrity or poverty is the path you ****ing forge and build yourself. You have a brain: you can forge and build your own path. Buckle down and own the shit out of life.

It's not. A dude I went to college with did just that: made a useful app and sold millions of copies in the App Store.

He's not done, yet. He is still making apps. He isn't quite a millionaire but he made more than enough money to keep himself nice and stable for at least a few years.

That's just one example: make an app that many people will buy and use. There are many more ways to make quite a bit of money with study and effort.

I think you missed my point, entirely. Had you understood my point, you would not feel the need to state what you did, here. You would have just quoted my post and said, "I agree. Free handouts are so rare as to be insignificant. I'm going to study hard and make my opportunities: not wait for them to be thrown at me."

Ive finished taking down the closet walls but two beams are stuck in the wall by screws that are hard to get out. The beams are made out of tin and the screws dont want to come out the normal way so i tryed by force but now their all bent. Lol
