Problem solved against who? It's clearly seen he has to focus to fly and he doesn't instantly get to his higher speeds at first. He breaks the sound barrier and then keeps getting faster. If he just flies at Pietro, he sidesteps and shoves his cape in his mouth as he's flying past or something.
