Honestly, their team just isn't that great. Even Neymar, their golden boy, is overrated and a tad petulant to go along with it.

Belgium are just like the dutch: Really good individual players, but you can never know if they're going to gel as a team.
So far, Holland have done so, but this wouldn't be the first major tournament where they've started strong and then floundered.
