Damn. That's talented. You must really really love my papers on manufacturing AI and Secure System Control automation, eh?Edit - Dammit, we're doing it again, derailing threads. I'll stop, now.
Haha, nice try, we both know your homework was to color in a My Little Pony book.
[Edit]Yes, lets take this important business to PMs
To get back to the GoT:
Do you guys think Tysha is going to be in the show at all as a MacGuffin?

This is on-topic. 👆
Couple of things:
1. I tried that in one of my threads and got a warning from Backfire (I tried to state what was on-topic and what wasn't in a thread I created).
2. My question about Tysha. Has she really be written out?

Written out in what way? It's not like she has appeard in the books... (At least not yet). Tyrion mentions her in season 1 though.
You're right. I think I've always assumed Tyrion would run back into Tysha after his confrontation with both Jaime and Tywin. But there were some people buzzing on this very forum about Tysha being written out. I took that to mean that there were potential plans for the next book or seventh book but were discarded because of something related to the show.
Well the issue is that Jaime never even mentions Tysha to Tyrion after freeing him like in the books.
Tysha existed in the show, but as of right now she appears to have just been what Tywin said she was: A whore.
Tyrion kills Tywin not because of his calling Tysha a whore, but because he called Shae one.

Wait...what? That happened in the last episode?
I thought that Jaime revealed to him that Tysha was not a whore in this last episode?

And yet, the books drag on just as badly. Worse I'd say.
Even more so in the books, I'd say. Sometimes, we would get 2 full pages of description over some small trivial thing. Another great American author who won prizes was William Faulkner. One of the biggest criticisms of Faulkner's style was his overly-abundant description (too much of it). People would complain about the 2 paragraphs of description.
GRRM does it for multiple pages. He makes it look like Faulkner used brevity.

That. Was I missing anything or did that not happen in the books at all? I don't remember reading any lengthy soliloquy regarding beetle smashing.
I guess it was supposed to be some sort of metaphor for Tyrion's life or something, but I'd have really preferred some cool shit on Tysha.
