Hmm i have a couple of teeny problemos wit dis (least of all ur use of caps lock all the way through - you just sound like a very angry person when u do that 😛)
1) Omega Red...hmmmm...i dunno. Omega Red was created in the comics as a symbol for communist Russia at a time where America was paranoid, and the Cold War was still going (even if on low temperatures). I think now it would be a bit pointless to put him in there, because Singer isnt about conforming to the comicbooks or about making specifically threatening or stupid politcal statements. He has been making movies where every metaphor has been portrayed so that you can take whatever the meaning closest to you is. Omega Red was just a ploy to play on the fears of the American people to get more buyers, and it worked. But he bores me, and i dont like the statement he makes. Reminds me too much of the lead-up to McCarthyism, and i dont think we wanna get into that again.
2) I agree. Jean will be back. She's bigger, badder and better than all your sad little favourite X-men, and she will come with the Phoenix to judge the Earth. 😛 I actually cannot wait to see what they do with her costume...
3) Gambit has not been "just a rumour" for a wee while now. Lauren Shuller Donner confirmed it in an interview about a month or two ago.
4) I wanna see Sentinals, but i'd prefer them in X3, if even just for a short while (along with the Phoenix Saga, because they were part of the beginning of the whole thing in the comics). The problem with the Sentinal program is that it was a governmentally funded and approved initative, which i doubt would happen anytime soon as the President *appeared* to have changed his mind about the Mutant-Registration Act in favour of mutants (yes i know it only APPEARED to be like that, but Xavier continued teaching at the end, and i doubt we would be so unfairly and ridiculously misled like that).
5) Beast has also been confirmed, yes.
6) Judging by the deleted scenes in X2 [specifically referring to the one of Jubilee in the museum], i think Jubilee may be a character that is used to show a young mutant's doubts about herself. In said scene she notices some people staring at her using her powers, while she reads about mutations. The general feeling is a very negative one, as we sense a little insecurity and doubt on Jubilee's part concerning using her powers and it being seen as wrong. It might turn out she ends up as a metaphor for religion, being afraid to do something that you can because everyone else sees it as sinful.
7) I dont think Juggie would make a very good movieverse character in more than a small role. Let's face it - Cain is dense, 2-dimensional and just too much of a challenge when it comes to movies. I think they would need a bit of CGI and im praying, following the absolute DISASTER that was the animation in The Hulk, they stay away from it as much as possible - and they're probably gonna have to use it for Beast and possibly Phoenix (gonna have to see the flaming avatar around her).
Also, X5 is maybe a stretch. They've decided on doing X3 and X4, filming them at the same time and releasing one not too long after the other, doing a bit of last-two-Matrix-movies/ doing a bit of a Kill Bill. It would considerably cut-down on the overall time we'd need to wait, so im all for it. Past X4 there's a LOT of talk of having it wrapped up and going for a Wolvie spin-off.
Plus, if they stretch the Dark Phoenix Saga out over X3 and X4, i think X4 would be a good place to end it, with real tragedy this time, and the X-Men overcoming it all once again.
I do think that Alex Summers (havok) shud be in X3, i mean if scott is, his lil bro shud be too. how shud he be introduced. i think he shud be comin back from a trip. and now goin back to the school as a student. and not only him but Lorna Danes (polaris) as well, and they cud work those 2 in the script. Along with conflicts with Bobby Dreke (ice man), and Rouge. but thats jus wat i think. and i think Ryan Gosling (also in young hercules, the notebook, titans, and murder by numbers) shud play him.
I think he should. It would bring Scott's character out into the open to explore in more depth. Right now, Scott Summers is nothing more than a second rate X-Men behind Woverine and the others. They have dug deep into Ice-Man's character, Rogue's, Jean's, Magneto's & Xavier, but I think there should be more. The origin of Cyclops for instance.
Hey guys, I thought I had noticed all the little minor cameos for X2 (Kitty Pryde, etc.). But i heard that Jubilee was in it, granted, its been a little while since I've seen X2, but i don't remember any anti-technology girl 😛. Where was she?

BTW: Gambit being in X3 makes my day. They really couldn't have put him in the first one because Rogue was too young.
Oh, and Havoc def. might be in X3. I don't know if you guys remember, but on the official X2 site back in the day, when you looked at the BIO for Cyclops, it said that "It is rumored that Cyclops has a brother". Actually, if any of you still have that old "X-Treme Screensaver" from the X2 movie, it has it there too. I actually still have the install file, so if you REALLY want it, I can send it to you, i guess.
Yeah Jubilee was one of the kidnapped kids. If you watch the DVD extras (extended scenes) there is a scene of Jubilee checking out an evolution exhibit and being looked at funnily by a couple of humans. She also has the third last line of X2, when she asks Professor X if everything is okay.
I believe she also had a small cameo in X1 as well, when Rogue was sitting in the classroom, and Bobby freezes Pyro's fireball (heehee that sounds soooo homoerotic when u say it out loud...yes it does...WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE ME?!)
