Reread the OP...
They will be Vampires (which are immune to mental attacks) and those who cannot be infected (like Nimrod and Ultron) cant be mind raped anyway...
In short, none of team VLAD will be helping Thanos....
As for being beaten to death, he could take out some of them that way, but keep in mind that Vampirism amps ones strength 10-20 times
Some of these characters will be more than a match for Thanos under these conditions...

Yeah, I was under the impression that none of them would be getting TP'd to work on Thanos's side. I'm not betting any money either, it's just that the list of characters is pretty extensive with a couple of heavy hitters.
