We see Obi and a friend try to track down and defeat Cad Bane. Pat multiple points in the fight we see Cad's reflexes are more than a match for multiple Jedi just by himself. Cad even gets disarmed and takes on Obi one saber for saber. Cad hasn't had years of training with the saber but Obi has. how embarrassing.
1:27-1:29 Cad Bane show himself to be quicker with his speed zaps him ouut after an arm bar.

During the fight we see Cad more than capable of ho,ding his own before actually getting the better of Obi Wan by beating him through a superior reaction arm bar and then zap out.
Let the humiliation of Kenobi begin. You say super speed and I laugh at you as I give evidence of someone not only beating Obi but also matching him briefly with a saber which isn't Cad's forte.
This was Obi armed as well as with a Jedi peer. Khan was unarmed against Spock after he just crash landed and he still showed himself to disarm and demonstrate superiority over superhuman Spock.

No, as the force is there ally and with that they could disarm khan him of his weapons.
No evidence to even remotely suggest he can take on a force weilder ad they don't even need to think to take him out. He planely didn't care so he took his time.

Pre was defeated by obi wan I don't care how much you want to ignore it that the case. Jango getting his jet pack damaged means nothing at the end of the day what happened to Jango. Well based on how Sidious ragdolled maul who would at least have the potential to put up a force shield while khan can't so nothing is stopping Sidious from rag dolling him. Yoda has just as powerful TK so ragdoll in him isn't that hard.
