Khan has his guns. Food for thought Jedi don't have defenses against Tk either. They are susceptible but like Khan uses a gun they can use Tk or some other way to counter. You need to prove he's faster than bullets when a kick not even half as fast as a bullet can disarm him of his saber.

There is no direct quote in the movie that states so. However, in the novels they are confirmed to be faster though I'm not sure if this information is applicable in this section of the forums. Other than that, they aren't as slow as they seem in the movies. We don't actually see the bolt itself, that colorful beam you see is a tracer.
But even if they were as fast as they appear to be in the movies, the jedi can reflect countless shots and even reflect them back. This is average Jedi we are talking about and even at that speed, it is faster than anything Khan has done. The 2 Jedi Sidious killed faster than they could react in the movie are Jedi High Council members and aren't just average jedi so if Mace was able to kick him faster than Sidious could block, that only means that Windu was as fast as Sidious. Also, Sidious might have lost on purpose. It is known that he knew Anakin was coming and he wanted Anakin to be the one to stop Mace and fall to the dark side.

Some Jedi can and yet some Jedi can't. I have instances of Jedi being gunned down so skill level of gun used and Jedi clearly matter.
Khan shoots his phasers which are more powerful and more successive than the blasters fired at Jedi. He was more skilled at saber fighting than the weaker Jedi he killed. Windu successfully disarmed Palpatine one on one. Blowing a feat out of proportions isn't looking directly at the feat. We look at the timing of the feat and it's far slower than blaster or phaser fire. It was too fast for these three Jedi to stop but that is on them.
There is absolutely no evidence he lost on purpose. That's just one fanboy theory given life and perpetuated by other Palpatine apologists.
Khan has shown he's quick enough to defeat slash that dominate Jedi. Order 66 showed multiple Jedi were outright stomped via blasting. They aren't too fast for guys with guns. Hell, the awful droid army on geonosis was portrayed as greater than Windu and various other high ranking Jedi in tandem. The droid army has shit for feats, isn't highly coordinated, and isn't maneuverable.
I don't believe it I know it to be true based off the evidence.
