Actually it's a proven fact that Sidious could have killed him many times in the battle. Sidiosu won. Who got thrown out the window? Again Sidious condo have crushed windu anytime during the fight. He's also a better duelist than windu. He wanted to convert Anakin ever since the beggining of the movie.

Khan is an elite warrior with weaponry far more powerful than the Jedi and Sith are used to dealing with as in blasters, etc.

I'm not discussing Sheev's political savvy; I mean that Khan's combat feats aren't as impressive as Sheev's.

Much of this has been discussed already and you dismissed them out of hand, so I'm not sure if a different combination of words from a different poster would persuade you.

No I'm using evidence. The force allows beings Telekinesis which Sidious can use to take a weapon from someone's hands. So how am I not using evidene.

You said the gun is on his back. How else is he going to get the gun from his back? Either way Sidious can still use the force to take it and then shoot him with it.

1) shoot him with lightning the moment they walked in before they withdrew there lightsabers
2) kill him with lightning or his blade when windu was running away
3) when he had windu at sword point he could have just lungned through his heart
4) he could have just used the force to push him over or choke him
5) why not attack him first before he attacked kolar or Tinn
6) we know he wants to convert Anakin so why kill windu when Anakin can do it and his journey toward the dark side would be complete(not kill him but be the cause of his death)
7) Sidious faked weakness
All of these are points from the movies that show he coul have crushed windu
