Ganondorf dominated Russell, so quan lost hard, but he still seems to disagree. Plus, he's currently taking one of the judge's words out of context in order to claim that he outdebated me anyway. I guarantee his reply to me on this topic will be some variation of his being "10 percent superior" or similar.

Khan's guns are too powerful and too fast for the Jedi to block or evade.
The boolean gun may be too wide, but it is not too fast, and his phaser is neither fast nor powerful enough to defeat Palpatine. Khan gets choked or electrocuted before he can fire based on the evidence presented.
