Let's face it, Vitiate sucks in combat. He has only one real good onscreen feat, which was nothing more than standing there spamming some lightning at a bunch of jedi who couldn't defend themselves properly. I've just been reasonable for the most part, but there is absolutely nothing too conclusive to indicate Vitiate can take on someone of Dooku's caliber in combat.

No Vitiate is not on the level of the Ones, and no Dooku is not taking Vitiate for a majority.
Do not insult me by comparing my arguments to LeGenD's.
As Tempest said, I don't truly believe Dooku could take Vitiate, but relying on strict feats and Neph's logic, I could make a very strong case that would be hard to debunk.
For example, Vitiate's most hyped onscreen showing, was his defeat of the jedi strike team. The hype stems from the members of the strike team being called the most powerful of their era. However using Neph's logic, the quote about their power is irrelevant to the feat, considering none of them shown anything to indicate that they used their power to counter Vitiate's assault. Only two of the jedi on the strike team managed to contain Vitiate's lightning with their sabers before finally going down to a second charged attack, while the lightning missed the other two jedi's lightsabers, leaving them completely vulnerable (unprotected) to the lightning. So basically, it took 20 seconds worth of lightning spam + a second charged attack for Vitiate to overwhelm the saber defenses of just two jedi.
