Thor would get owned in a fist cuff fight, unless it is a Professor Hulk or maybe calm Savage Hulk versions.
Only way Thor can win is if he dismembers or decapitates Hulk with his ax hammer, BFR Hulk altogether, or maybe win with the heavy use of Lightning abilities that can take out 4 Captain Britains, and 2 Iron Mans at the same time. His Lightning also cause massive pain to Hyperion.
Hulk at his peak like WWh or WB would mop the floor of Ultimate Thor. Same of a angry Savage Hulk.
As for speed feats I posted them in the link of the Ultimate Tribute thread. Thor can react to Hyperion Speed Blitzing, Ultimate Quicksilver Blitzing multiple times, as well First Knife who moved faster than Thors Lightning.
Speed wise he is reaction speed fast in alot of showings, or calling down lightning with speed. He cannot fight any faster than 616 though.

No, this is a random fight.
Hulk has taken 616 Thor's lighting thrice without being Kod, and one from Zeus without being KOd and has tanked damage output on similar level to Ult. Thor's lightning. He isn't gonna just stand there but is gonna superleap to Thor and snatch him out if the sky or thunderclap him down, and then start wailing on him.
And Cadence, do you really think he can decapitate Hulk with his axe? Has it really cut anyboy on a similar durability to Hulk? Don't give me the Frost Giants, those guys are glass cannons. Are the ultimate ones different? Anyone else who has been cut up by Thor who has high durability? And do you think Hulk is gonna sit there and let him?

Well first off there is nothing darker than Marvel MAX titles and nothing realistic about the abilities or feats of Ultimate Marvel. It was a reboot that did not follow the convoluted history of current Marvel and filled with so many cool new ideas and origins. Love it.

By realistic I meant more down to the earth, not like shaking up the multiverse sort, unquantifiable, Silver age type feats

Yeah the silver age and 90s for marvel had a lot of multiverse threat characters unlike Ultimate Marvel.
The "real" Uru Odin Force made axe of Ultimate Thor would be tough enough. The Man Made Axe for Thor's super suit not so much probaly.
