I love sauerkraut. That sounds very delicious, actually.

I had greek pizza, which was alright. Feta cheese, olives, fresh tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Couldn't have too much, otherwise it would knock me out of keto.

You must be ripped as mofo, by this point. How has your dieting been working? You don't have to post "progress pics" but that would be awesome if you did in the member's thread.

I had a couple jr. bacon cheeseburgers from Wendy's on the way home from work a couple hours ago.

Every now and again, I have a cheeseburger form Wendy's. They usually have some fresh tasting burgers compared to other fast-food burger joints.

It's been alright. Moving along. I've hit a wall and haven't been losing weight but I don't intent on stopping. No sense in going back to old, shitty dieting habits.

For most people, that starts at around the 8-12 week mark (on strict Keto diets) unless, of course, their calories are below "dat line."

I have no idea what the word is for "dat line" but it is basically the line where calories in equals calories out.

What is that called? It is not "homeostasis" but it is similar to that, in dieting terms.

You need to work on your lighting, mate.

Chicken burger w/ fries, and Chicken Sisig.

You don't have to put on a ton of weight to make the workout heavy:

I'm a strong believer that form is better than how much weight you can do.

Snacked on these a while ago.

Damn what are those?

Yup.

I routinely see people (almost always late teen to mid 20's guys) lifting more weight than they should and they end up doing 2-4 jerky awkward reps while grunting loudly for no other reason than they want to be seen lifting 'X' amount of weight.

It's polvorón wrapped in a wafer/cookie shell.

Oh gothca, for some reason the packaging made it look like some sort of food with fruit.

All-meat pizza and breaded chicken strips in honey-lemon-mustard sauce.
