For breakfast...

I had a Whey Protein Shake and a Fiber One blueberry bar.

For second breakfast, I had 2 servings of beef jerky and 2 servings of "all natural" granola (raw...no milk).

When people jokingly ask me, "Do you even lift, bro?" I say, "Why, yes. Yes I do!"

I have a breakfast ritual for Saturday mornings: Donuts. 🙂

My wife has a hard time losing weight when I'm not dieting because I eat pretty much whatever I want any time I want and if she did that, she'd balloon into a ginormous person (we have different body types...like the exact opposite). So while I'm losing bodyfat on a diet of donuts and burgers, she's struggling to lose fat on a low-carb, calories-restricted diet. It pisses her off. 😆

Sounds like a recipe for disaster🙂

Just got a full-check up which included a blood panel, liver panel, and standard physical.

All the bad stuff is in "normal range" and all the good stuff is in "normal to great."

Doctor said my heartbeats pretty slow "56 bpm" and guessed that I did some decent cardio. 🙂

Have you read the 4 hour body? I just picked picked it up, its a pretty good book with some crazy ideas.

tell her to take green tea, lemon drops with water before breakfest or with any heavy foods. and parsley is also slimming.

We need to go shopping.

I'm having a Big Mac for dinner today.

I'm eating bacon and a cheese omelet.

Watch the trans fat intake on that one. I'm thinking of something with eggs as well.
