Cap's taking this one. His damage-soak will pull him through and counter Ozy's advantages in speed and skill. Ozy has above-human durability himself, but blows from Nite Owl were bruising him; Cap is stronger than Nite Owl.
As for the "stamina" issue, we have on screen evidence of Cap having superhuman stamina. Ozy, it's unknown.

Yeah, mentioned this the other day. With every movie Cap appears in, they not only make his technique/skill level better/more polished, but seem to just add a little to his stats as well. Not enough for it to be totally outrageous and out of place, but enough so that we can watch and notice.
If the rest of AoU is like this, Cap will have enough new feats to make this VS match a definite win for him.

This match has been a definite win for years, it's just the more feats Cap gets the dumber the Ozy side looks for their continued insistence that Ozy is as strong/stronger.

Well, Hulk already appeared somewhat faster (at least to me). In the one trailer he tosses that car at Hulkbuster IM (looks like several dozen yards at least) and covers that same distance right after almost instantly. Usain Bolt couldn't even cover that distance that quickly.
