So let's revisit this: since I never made that assertion, do you believe you committed a logical fallacy? I am sure you know which one you made. It is the one where you misrepresent another person's position and then argue against it.

Perhaps some more riots, then, in time, most people forgetting about this particular incident, but a continued (accurate) general feeling of black communities that they can't trust police and/or predominantly white authority.

Why are you asking questions, at this point? You should not be. You made a mistake and incorrectly represented my position and then started arguing against that. That was a strawman. I backed you up against a debate wall and you had no where to go so you used a strawman in an attempt to get out. You should have known better because it is me, dadudemon, one of the very last people on the internet you should ever try to use a strawman with.

If you would like to know my positions on what occurred, read my posts in this thread. I have directly covered how I view what occurred, even recently. I could just go back and re-quote everything I posted but that would take quite a long time. You can just read them, yourself, so it is unnecessary for me to go back and requote them.

If you find something in there that you want to discuss, quote it, and directly address it.

Now, are you done with your tantrum?

A better question is: what do you think my point is?

Since I've stated it, in multiple forms, and it has matured as more evidence has come forward, you should be able to accurately describe my position back to me. If you cannot, then perhaps that explains some of your errors?

My interpretation of your position is that you think Wilson was legally justified in shooting Brown.
