Mace doesn't have comparable TK showings outside of OCW, Jaina has a great tutaminis feat and ends there, Jacen is already listed as Darth Caedus. Your listing Kenobi to put above Surik, Ti and Barsen'thor is kek worthy.
Ti has telekinetically held back an ocean and was strong enough to contend with Galen Marek in a lightning/tutaminis exchange and kick his ass with Kinetite.
Barsen'thor has been capable of using a lethal technique six times in succession and still defeated Master Yuon Par despite her draining Barsen'thor's power and using it against her. Then she uses the technique a seventh time before defeating Lord Vivicar, a very powerful ancient Dark Jedi who was drawing Force power from literally hundreds of Jedi Masters.
Meetra Surik, noted to be a 'powerhouse of destruction' by this point. Assaulted the Trayus Academy on a massive 'geyser of Dark Side energy' which greatly hampered her mentally and physically. Killed packs of Storm Beasts -Dark Side monstrosities capable of one shotting most Jedi- before slaughtering a 'legion of the most elite Sith' which in turn was before killing Darth Sion several times and then again before killing Darth Traya whom was described as more powerful. Two Sith Lords described as 'ultra-powerful'. Then Surik entered her prime which was to surpass Darth Traya herself in terms of power.

Nox in her own power was able to 'easily destroy' Darth Zash in combat, a Sith of immense power by herself. Despite the fact Zash had weeks of prep and rituals designed to protect her from any Force powers. Then Nox faced Darth Thanaton, whom one-shotted her and Khem Val with a spell. Nox then gained the other four ghosts and became so strong Thanaton believed no one could control that level of power. Eventually 'destroying' Thanaton with the 'overwhelming powers' of her spirits.
Note: Thanaton is extremely powerful himself, capable of summoning invincible Force Bubbles, Force Lightning Storms strong enough to damage the DC chamber and teleporting impressive lengths.
Nox was then described as a powerhouse that few in the galaxy would dare challenge and by Shadow of Revan achieved even greater immortality and was stated to be uniquely strong in the Dark Side.

In 4.0 we know that Arcann sees Nox as the strongest Sith in the galaxy. Valkorion himself deems her more powerful than anyone else. Nox despite witnessing Marr's demise deemed herself impossible for Valkorion to kill. She is even vapable of using her prowess to sustain Darth Marr's life beyond death.
Yes I would most certainly place Nox above Vader, given that before her prime she was destroying a roughly Jerec/Cronal tier Sith Lord.
Exar Kun was stated to make Kyp seem feeble in comparison to his own powers. Kyp by this point had his potential fulfilled by Exar Kun and his forced application of the Dark Side was too much power for even Luke Skywalker to contend with. An application which was considered to be Vader tier if not 'even worse' by Luke himself. Noting that this Exar Kun despite his advantages could only use some of his power, not his full might.
His being comparable in Luke's eyes to Palpatine himself is certainly justified by that measuring stick.
