A few of these people aren't street. That being said Gamora wins easily. Matching Ronan, and beating him shows that she has the stats of a low Herald. Her showings against the Infinity Watch, and Angela are also indications that she really doesn't belong among this crowd. An argument can be launched over whether Spider Man, and Bane belong in this thread as well.

Her fight with Ronan impies more then low herald, imo.

Ravenous is, what, high herald? At the least, good enough to pressure Surfer until he put out enough power to create a black hole on top of him.

Which barely slowed him up. I'm not sure what's more of a stretch, Ronan messing up Ravenous as badly as he did with one clubbing strike, or Gamora doing as well as she did (Considering Ronan's history against heralds.)

There are actually a lot of people on this list that would camp out and pick targets rather than directly fight (deathstroke, hawkeye, deadshot, etc) and a bunch of other characters know that they can't win this on their own and would make temporary alliances (ironfist, Luke cage, the avengers, the x-men, etc).

Spider-Man is clearly above street-level tier.

Agreed. If Spider-Man is going to be included, I don't care how good you think KK is he's not beating him.
