"Pre-Crisis" isn't exactly meaningful for the Legion. You've got three different alt realities though.

Even if he wasn't the fastest, not too many could survive the punch he used to clear tons of ice and snow covering a building.. Gamora could, but that's about it.

Well he wasn't trying his best but he did hit hard enough to send Drax flying. I'm just comparing sparring. Again pre-crisis not allowed. Flash is a lot faster than Deathstroke but DS still tagged him. I haven't seen any feats that make Val stomp.

Because, Legion history continued uninterrupted into the early 1990's. Mon El pushing a white dwarf star was post crisis, I believe.

The way writers keep jobbing out high tier characters to prove how Morrison Batgod awesome their favorite characters are, street level's kind of lost it's meaning anyways. Black Panther, Captain America, Punisher, Batgod, and Cassandra Cain should be banned from kmc. 😛
