Again, there's nothing that hard to get about this.
We can't just say, "welp, she moved the sun which was just like ours, and they lived happily ever after", because it doesn't make sense at all. You have to use reasoning and mathematics, and to a degree, physics, to decipher these feats.
No matter what, that statement that the sun works just like in real life is contradicted by the fact that it's BLATANTLY stated otherwise in the series.
1. In real life, the Sun doesn't orbit the Earth. It's the other way around.
2. Light moves at 186,000 miles per second. It takes 7 minutes for it to reach Earth, meaning if something about the sun changed, it would take that long for us to notice it. Especially something as drastic as it moving in many different directions. That's why we can see so many stars in the sky, even though most of them have already died.
Either way, these are two irrevocable LAWS of physics, which can't be ignored. The only way to describe this, since you can't just change the speed of something FACTUAL, is that the sun in MLP is moon sized, much closer, and nowhere near as hot.
Also, even if we were to assume accuracy to that statement, she still never gave specifics on the sun. Only saying she "thought" they were the same. Taking simple context and literature into consideration, she never said anything definitive. She never said how big the sun was, she never said how far from MLP world it was, and she never even mentioned to anyone before that that Celestia got trapped in the sun, which is clear BS.
She said "they work the same", which is proven untrue by the sun orbiting the Earth.
Either way, this proves that whole little shit-storm you've pulled out of your ass, irrelevant. Laws of physics, facts, etc. > Author word.
Otherwise, that's not even a scalable feat to begin with. 👆
