Kenpachi Zaraki vs. Twilight Sparkle

All you're doing is literally repeating what you've been saying this whole time.

Those feats are not proven, as 1. Discord has never stirred a solar system, you fibber.

And 2. The sun in MLP is moon sized. Either prove it with facts, or shut up.

Again, it takes 7 minutes for light from the sun to reach Earth. Either light is somehow faster in MLP, or the sun is RIDICULOUSLY smaller. This would also equate to RIDICULOUSLY lower temperatures.

Your baseless statements and possibly conjured convo's with people who might just be representing the author's, show only that you don't know the first thing about basic physics.

All I have to do is repeat what I've been saying, because the creators are a far more valid source of information than some guy on a forum who disagrees with them.

And again, you could easily have made that on windows paint for god sake. Show me an interview, or it didn't happen.

My two cents on the subject.
1magic trumps physics, and since magic is one of the main themes of the show, Physics take a back seat.

2. KING SOMBRA DIED!?!? I thought he just got his horn chopped off.

Again, there's nothing that hard to get about this.

We can't just say, "welp, she moved the sun which was just like ours, and they lived happily ever after", because it doesn't make sense at all. You have to use reasoning and mathematics, and to a degree, physics, to decipher these feats.

No matter what, that statement that the sun works just like in real life is contradicted by the fact that it's BLATANTLY stated otherwise in the series.

1. In real life, the Sun doesn't orbit the Earth. It's the other way around.

2. Light moves at 186,000 miles per second. It takes 7 minutes for it to reach Earth, meaning if something about the sun changed, it would take that long for us to notice it. Especially something as drastic as it moving in many different directions. That's why we can see so many stars in the sky, even though most of them have already died.

Either way, these are two irrevocable LAWS of physics, which can't be ignored. The only way to describe this, since you can't just change the speed of something FACTUAL, is that the sun in MLP is moon sized, much closer, and nowhere near as hot.

Also, even if we were to assume accuracy to that statement, she still never gave specifics on the sun. Only saying she "thought" they were the same. Taking simple context and literature into consideration, she never said anything definitive. She never said how big the sun was, she never said how far from MLP world it was, and she never even mentioned to anyone before that that Celestia got trapped in the sun, which is clear BS.

She said "they work the same", which is proven untrue by the sun orbiting the Earth.

Either way, this proves that whole little shit-storm you've pulled out of your ass, irrelevant. Laws of physics, facts, etc. > Author word.

Otherwise, that's not even a scalable feat to begin with. 👆

1. True, but you can't just change facts. Either the sun is much smaller and closer in MLP, or even basic Earth ponies like Granny Smith are FTL. That's horse shit.

2.

Spoiler:
Yes, it's been a while so I don't remember exactly what happened, but I do know he died.

You're reaching pretty hard here. The sun orbits the Earth because Celestia /makes/ it do so.

Writers and creators > you. That's really all there is to it. Celestia moved the sun, thus she can move the sun.

Feel free to try and dance around that all you like, it's amusing. 👆

Not that Celestia wouldn't be aware, but maybe her saying she moves the sun would be easier to explain to ponies than "I'm moving the planet you're all on around the sun to make the days go by", so she does it that way to keep everypony from freaking out at the thought they're being spun like a bolo?

No, she's confirmed to actually move the sun, lol. This has been covered, and we've seen it on screen.

Well okay then. 😬

Listen to what you're saying here.

"The sun in MLP works just like our sun. It revolves around Earth because Celestia controls it, but it works just like our sun."

That makes NO sense, whatsoever. If the sun doesn't work like ours, then it isn't like ours. It's that simple.

There's no "dancing around", going on here, except from your end. The only thing you're pointing out is, "Writers > You", which ISN'T true, if the writer is saying that the Sun orbits the Earth in REAL LIFE. 👆

Listen to what I'm saying here? You mean, I should listen to myself saying that the creators and writers are a more valid source of information than your suppositions?

I do hope that's what you mean, because if you mean anything else by that post, you are intentionally ignoring evidence in favour of your preconceived notions.

And btw, it isn't a "preconceived notion", that the Earth orbits the sun, and not the other way around.

I accept your concession.

LOL, you take "you're stupid because you think the Sun rotates around the Earth", as a concession?

What's wrong with you?

I'm not sure I understand your assertion. You believe something is wrong with me? Why?

There's nothing to argue, if Lauren Faust says one thing about MLP, and you say another, Lauren Faust's statement is the valid one. Ergo, by lacking any counter argument, you have conceded via complacency.

Well, a mental condition WOULD be something wrong.

Yes, there is nothing to argue. If Lauren Faust says one thing about MLP, then it's valid. HOWEVER, she made a statement about OUR sun. A FALSE STATEMENT. The SUN DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND THE EARTH. "ERGO" our suns are not the same, WHETHER or not she says so. If one rotates Earth, and the other doesn't, THEN THEY ARE NOT THE SAME.

What is so hard to get about this? You are literally arguing that the Earth is the center of our solar system.

No, I'm arguing that Celestia moves the sun. Lauren Faust > you.

That arc directly conflicts with the show, anyway, there were no nightmare forces involved in Luna's fall or anything like that.

The show doesn't *mention* them, which is not the same as a direct conflict.

AKR confirmed the MLP sun works just like ours and is indeed the same size.

There is still the matter that they never show the ability to exert such power on anything but.

Perhaps it is a matter that, while large, they resonate easily with magic or something and are thus easily moved.

The show doesn't mention them, and we see it happen, it was nothing like how the Nightmare Forces operate, lol.
