Only time dying hinders a force users ability to harness the force is if they are actively using the force to keep themselves alive. Otherwise there is nothing to suggest that dying effects their power. In fact, it's easier to fully unleash all the power at their disposal when they are ready to die.

Vitiate clearly was using the force to keep himself alive for one thing, since there's no way he could survive such a deep slice without doing that. And I think it's pretty obvious it does impede them. When Bane was dying his power was fading and he needed to artificially boost it by killing some people. It only makes sense that the state of your body affects the state of your power. With your body failing, obviously you can't wield your power to the same extent as when you're healthy. Not even mentioning the strain and mental focus.

Again post proof he can replicate the feat off nexus, and show off nexus feats that definitively show an edge in Vitiate's tk over Yoda in that area.
