Originally posted by leonidasYeah it seems the writer meant different universes, which is something CM wouldn't know.
maybe they meant from the different worlds that made up the battle world...? 😕 or, maybe someone just took it upon themself to TOTALLY say, 'f*** this whole thing'. 👆
Or maybe she's responding to them coming from different sections of the world and the writer thinks that calling landmasses Battleworlds is the smart thing to do.
Either way, the writer ****ed up.
Which explains most of these tie ins. Instead of trying to recreate the magic of the classic events they're based on the writers are just writing some worthless story with the same characters. Every single tie in should be magical. There's the classic events and then there's an entire world of shit like that, but no. People are just phoning it in. I am really not looking forward to the filler weeks in between main issues when the quality is this.
Marvel Zombies isn't bad though (excluding the dumb dialogue). Neither was Sinister in Secret Wars Journal.

In order of highest, so far I've enjoyed:
Weirdworld
A-Force
Infinity Gauntlet
Ghost Racers
Master of Kung-Fu
Marvel Zombies
Old Man Logan
Inhumans - Attilan Rising
X-Tinction Agenda, Years of Future Past, Inferno and Future Imperfect have piqued my interest.
The rest are meh but they might get better. I have hopes that 1602 - Witch Hunter Angela and Planet Hulk get more exciting.
Hickman speaks about the SW #4 delay here.

Anyone believe Monica Rambuea and Blue Marvel will be part of the new Marvel after Secret Wars?
