Ahh Namor, there we go.

Not sure about the Leader/Hulk one but I think the 'Blade???' one might be Luke Cage in prison when/before he gets his powers.

Oh, it's probably Loki using astral vision and scheming to use Hulk against Thor in Avengers #1. I agree with the Luke Cage thing. Definitely him.

Secret Wars #8 basically showing LT and Eternity so does that mean they are being recreated?

^^ This.

Especially as we've had many, many covers showing the original Beyonder and he's almost certainly not going to appear.

Wait and see.

I was just wondering plus it could be a retelling of this......

the infinity gauntlet books suck a$$.... ugh. a little family of novas?? wtf is this crap... gawd i can't wait til this horrible 'event' is done. reading these vignettes set in these partial worlds is stomach-turning imo. i'll finish the main series, which has been reasonably engaging, but i'm officially done reading any other book tied to this series. i really hope the fall out of all this is some normalcy....

Secret Wars #5 Preview

I like how Franklin threatens to mash whoever did it into pieces. Possible foreshadowing I imagine.

Hopefully we get to see Franklin fight Doom. Hickman's writing it, so I imagine it would be an awesome battle to read(he LOVES Franklin, after all.)

But its a Franklin of Dooms creation...

Why would Secret Wars retell the story of Evil Molecule Man? It makes no sense.

The point of Secret Wars. as I understand it. is to reestablish the Marvel Universe, and build a world where everything is in continuity and you don't need a cross-universe explanation to have Peter Parker and Miles Morales meet.

So, issue #5 explained a lot.

Spoiler:
So yeah, Doom's bomb was a collection of alive Molecule Men, who had enough power to kill the Beyonders, then 616 Owen channeled their power into Doom, making him God. Not too unexpected but I was shocked Molecule Man was still alive. Based on what happened I'm guessing he's integral to Doom keeping his power (them saying it would be interesting he died for one thing) so that's going to be important.

Also

Spoiler:
Thanos' smile when he got the The Shield at the end was perfectly creepy

Awesome. And hopefully the role of TOAA will be revealed in the final issue of the Loki series released next Wednesday like hinted by Brevoort. I'd guess it will be the same as with the Old Gods that he turns out to be the Beyonders, but we'll see.

Is Molecule Man still acting as a conduit for Doom?

That's what I think, hence why he said it'd be interesting if he died.

I wonder if Doom would still retain his god-like powers if Molecule Man dies.

At the end of all this Dr. Doom has to lose his powers somehow, and cutting him off from Molecule Man seems like as good a reason as any.
