if bills had zero scratches and zero bleeding after vegetas assault how do you know that it was bill's blood or even blood for that matter?

So red liquid that wasn't blood came out of Bills is your stance?
It could only belong to Bills or Vegeta right? Vegeta was wearing white gloves so if it was his there would likely be a stain. There wasn't.
Bills could have easily had a cut on the inside of his lip making it impossible to see the scratch/cut.

my point is tha there is too much speculation and not enough fact... there are too many different exlpantions for what could have happened and nothing concrete.
bills showed zero signs of damage after the attack so theres no telling whose blood it was.

You are the one speculating here. Red dots fly out after a punch and you say "well maybe it wasn't blood". You spin that even farther with "even if it was blood, maybe it wasn't his". It was clearly blood. It was also clearly not Vegeta's seeing as how there was none on his gloves and his gloves were not damaged. Unless you also believe his glove is more durable than he is.
You've brought zero proof and are relying on "what ifs" to defend your weak stance. I can do that too:
What if Vegeta was really just holding back and wanted eveyone to believe he was weaker than Bills to fool everyone. What if he wasn't KO'd and just got sllepy all of a sudden? What if it was all a dream? What if it was Bulma's slap that made him bleed?

Again, I never said Vegeta was stronger than SSJG Goku. I said, which is true, that Vegeta was AT LEAST on his level. He did as much to Bills as Goku ever did. The fights themselves are what supports this. Sure, Bills wasn't really hurt by Vegeta, but he wasn't by Goku either. And yeah, maybe Bills got caught of guard by him, because he was shocked that he could do anything to him, but that still proves that Vegeta was AT LEAST the strongest in the movie behind SSJG Goku, Bills, and Whiss. Giving Vegeta the most conservative estimate, I would say he's at least 5% as strong as Bills(with the rage boost). And this is conservative, because it took someone being HALF as strong as Frieza to draw blood from him.
Also, I think if Vegeta had SSJ3 when he got the rage boost, and attacked Bills off-gaurd, that he could have killed Bills.

How is it invalid? He made him bleed. There is no way around that fact. So what if it wasn't lasting? No one is saying it was. But it happened whether you want to accept it or not.

You do realise that a punch to the face can cause a cut INSIDE the mouth right? And seeing as how the blood seemed to fly out of his mouth it makes sense we didn't see the "external damage".
