Reminds me a little of the Schumacher Batman flicks, which were god awful.

I think it would look much better without the terrible color scheme going on on the rest of the cover. That neon shit is bad, but the costume itself I think can work.

Well to be honest, with Arkham printed down his trouser leg suggests he just broke out so not officially his proper outfit....the trenchcoat's clearly his & does partially hide the Arkham. The glow in the dark lettering also makes sense on prison garb.
