You're right, what was I thinking; Bane's destruction of the Rakatan Temple or channeling the BOD's storm of lightning pales in comparison to Sidious and Yoda putting their powers to the limit by chucking senate pods at each other.
You mean Bane gathering energies from the Lehon temple and the planetary nexus and blowing up a featless Battlemaster who struggled against Trainees? Call me when Bane can blitz 4 of the most skilled Jedi in the history of the order (without being amped or needing armor), or even actually win a fight against someone else other than a random mook 👆
Krayt shits on Bane

Book comic crossover rendering this irrelevant imo. The contexts the star wars comics and books are written in are very different. Feats don't cross over well at all.
Yet taken to the extreme, by this logic there is no reason to do any versus matches here, as not only mediums differ but also authors' potrayal of the force in every other SW novel, comic, video game etc.
Anyways, Krayt wins this.

Until you address this Carthage, I will report you everytime you talk about nexuses.

@ appletonia, what you don't like about the nexus argument, specifically?
The idea that the presence of a nexus completely invalidates any feat that takes place on them. The correct approach is to slightly adjust the power behind the feat based on how much of an amp the evidence would suggest the nexus to be, but members like Carthage would have us ignore the feats alltogether.
There are a few approaches.
1. Look at nexuses in general and see how much they usually seem to boost a character.
2. Look at the specific nexus in question and see what all available evidence would suggest about how great a boost it would be.
3. Compare nexus feats to other nexus feats in the same way you would compare non-nexus feats to other non-nexus feats. Given how common an occurence nexuses appear to be, this allows us to compare a surprisingly large number of feats.
4. Compare a character's nexus feats to his non-nexus feats.

I dont ignore them only that they aren't true examples of what a character can do. Why should I adjust them when it's painfully obvious Banes feats are obviously vastly inferior other than when he is on a darkside world?
Bane's single best feat occurred on Ruusan, which was not a darkside nexus.
