Well the first fight Colossus was like a teenager and was holding back a little. And I'm not sure Shaw kayoed him there as he just slammed in through a wall. The 2nd fight? Yea that fight never happened because it was a dream sequence. And even if it did count Colossus did more damage to Shaw than Namor did.

One fight ended with Shaw on his ass and his assistant helping him up, the other fight ended with Colossus unconscious.

Also, unless I'm mistaken, Namor fought through some of Shaw's defenses which included Sentinels before he got to Shaw.

Irregardless, the second 'fight' was mind phuckery.

Shaw beat up a teenage inexperienced Colossus, I get that. But Namor did not defeat Shaw. Shaw lets people pummel him then he strikes back, that's how he fights.
