Not really a fair point since Revan has much more material then her.
And also not true.
Raskta was acclaimed the greatest duelist of her time.
She achieved the rank of Jedi Weapons Master.
During the Ruusan campaign, she was described as "leaving a litter of dead bodies in her wake" and "it was said that, by the end of the war, as many Sith Lords had fallen under her twin blades as had been killed by the thought bomb."
Revan's saber feats are somewhat an unknown. We know he beat Mandalore the Ultimate and he had a supposedly brutal match against Malak. Malak was known to be a skilled lightsaber combatant during his era. Revan also fought through the Star Forge and possibly the Sith Academy on Korriban.
In the end, I'd give this to Revan.
I was ever wondering in SWtOR why revan suck so much?? I mean Revan have great healing and resistant feats and he don't use them in the foundry. (I guess in term of gameplay.... XD It will be a bit O.P !!!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine yhea at least 30% remaning and........ WTF????? 100% Does we have to O.S him when he is under 30% when he his useing his lighnings and fallings rocks.....????)
Eh, I think it's a bit closer - especially when you take into account their precognition, which they both have so the effect would be insignificant more or less. Raskta is a master of lightsaber combat, regarded as the greatest swordsmen of her era and has tangoed with Bane. She's an incredible duelist imo and as a swordsmen, she's above Revan, she's a weaponsmaster, so Revan's "Unpredictability" with the blade won't come into play here - as Raska, much like revan, is a user of the Precognition ability. I'm going with Raskta.
