TIER 10.5: Darth Sidious (DE); Luke Skywalker (GM); Emperor Vitiate (SWTOR)

TIER 10: Revan; Darth Plagueis; Yoda; Hero of Tython

TIER 9.5: Darth Caedus; Darth Nihilus; Exar Kun; Barsen'thor III

In addition;

Emperor's Wrath II can be placed in TIER 9.5 and Darth Nox can be placed in TIER 10 or both in TIER 10.

His credibility of refusing to post scans and having previous knowledge that what he is posting might be fake yet continuing to doing it anyway is far superior to the likes of myself. In the comicvine thread KOTOR Sith Lords vs CW Sith Lords, people keep bringing Anakin failing to track Sidious as a speed feat even though it is invalid. Punish them.
