I honestly have no clue why you brought it up, it had nothing to do with anything and I interpreted it as nothing more than a petty jab at Vitiate. So I responded in kind.

I just told you why. You purposely misinterpreting what I meant in order to one up Vitiate was petty, so I used Vitiate's low showing regarding a saber. Basically what I was trying to get across was the fact that Sidious knows how to deal with master saber duelists with his own saber, whereas Vitiate has an embarrassing history with saber, whether it be him handling one or running into one.

I sort of feel you guys kind of underrate what is essentially Star Wars Kefka Palazzo (at least in the "I absorbed massive amounts of power to become a god" sense [no, he's not a god, and Sidious is stronger, but the comparison makes sense]). Nathema was his Warring Triad. He so thoroughly stripped the place of energy that a millennium later you have Meetra Surik worrying about being reduced to sub-atomic particles if she stays too long.
From some of the threads I lurk, it almost comes across as you all concluding he some how doesn't still possess that vast amount of power he absorbed :hmm

I didn't catch that your reason for bringing it up was because I "purposefully misinterpreted" your post. It didn't have anything to do with anything we were talking about so I didn't see a link.
So what I'm getting from this is that you assumed I was misinterpreting on purpose, when the truth is that your post was just very poorly worded and I honestly thought you were referring to the outcomes of the duels instead of referring to the duels themselves as the outcomes which is a ****ing stupid way of putting it, so you just brought up some random thing to shit on Vitiate in retaliation. And then we got into this really dumb, pointless conversation about who's the pettier idiot and whether certain things are worthy of being pointed to as being embarrassing and how in context it totally wasn't embarrassing at all and then you and beefy started sniping at each other, ant popped in to poke at you and tempest acted like he usually does which was condescending and superior.

Exactly.
He has a huge bias for Vitiate, which is fine. I don't get why people are scared to admit having a strong bias for a certain character. It's the arguments that counts.
Sidious is my all time favorite character. Not just in SW, but period. And I have no problem in admitting that I waste more time defending him than any other character, and love showing off his superiority over others, although his most powerful incarnation was the worst depiction of him (DE), IMO. If that were the only Sidious I knew, I wouldn't be a fan at all, but I do love using his feats in the comic on vs threads. That makes me happy. LOL

If you read my post, then you would know what I was talking about. Why would I use Sidious being "overpowered" by Windu in a saber duel to support my argument of Sidious's superiority over Vitiate? I won't get mad, but if you didn't purposely misinterpret it then you're making yourself look pretty bad, as I went into great detail about what I was talking about.
